Membership into the Lakewood Homes Broker Rewards Program begins simply when you register online. You'll be entered into the Program immediately with Base Membership, and we'll confirm your enrollment by email. Once you're in the Program, you'll be sent e-blasts informing you about special promotions to help you sell.
This membership year will extend from 1/1/2008 through 12/31/2008, and points will be awarded for all sales in this time frame. Valuable bonus points will be awarded based on if the sale is a to-be-built home (15 points) or an inventory home (20 points). As you accumulate points, your membership level – and bonus amounts – will increase as follows:
